Digital Marketing Co-ordinator
Salary: £17-20k (DOE)
Hours: Full-time (Part-time will be considered for the right candidate)
Location: Flexible (Home-based / Corfe Mullen, Dorset)
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge and is looking to be part of a growing team. It is a pivotal role for client delivery and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to refine their digital marketing skills and develop their skills in many areas. For the right candidate, there is scope to develop the role as the business continues to grow.
This role will report to the Company Director, and also work closely with the Marketing Executive to deliver client marketing activities.
A day in the life…
In this role you’ll be doing…?
- Social media scheduling
- Social media reporting and analysis
- Social media graphics design using Canva
- Newsletter campaigns as per brief from Account leads (including template design and build)
- Client research (pre and post engagement)
- WordPress website management
- Pay-per-click (Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn advertising)
- Assist with marketing strategy planning
- Assist with client review meetings
Must-have skills
On day one we’ll expect you to…
- Be able to work independently, meeting project deadlines
- Have a keen interest in marketing and marketing technology
- Have a keen interest in the review and interpretation of marketing analytics
- Be able to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to interpret design briefs and create designs that fulfil the brief and contribute to the overall marketing strategy for the client
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred skills
For the successful candidate, training can be provided
It would be advantageous for you to already…
- Be proficient in Canva Pro
- Have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Be familiar with PlaceIt
- Be able to use Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
- Have a working knowledge of WordPress
- Have a good understanding of social media
- Have a good understanding of email marketing tools
Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent – English and Mathematics at grade B/6 or above
- Level 4 or above business or marketing qualification or above (preferred)
